  • Our Latkes are made from potatoes, eggs, onion, matzo meal (ground up matzo - flour and water), salt, and pepper. All of our latkes are fried in canola oil.

  • While our latkes do not contain any non-kosher ingredients, they are not prepared in a kosher kitchen.
